Our commitment

Cerca is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.

Standards we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

Current status

Cerca is a young, growing product. We are actively working to improve accessibility across our website and mobile app. Known areas of ongoing improvement include: color contrast in secondary UI elements, screen reader labeling for interactive map components, and keyboard navigation on modal dialogs.

Mobile app accessibility

Our iOS app is built with SwiftUI, which supports Apple's accessibility APIs including VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and Reduce Motion. We test with VoiceOver on key user flows including onboarding, browsing providers, booking, and messaging.
